Summary of Request: Documents relating to travel arrangements for RBA officers attending the Global Economy Meetings of the Bank for International Settlements in Basel in the first half of 2019. The original request sought all documents (including agendas and any briefing materials) for the bi-monthly Global Economy Meetings held at the Bank for International Settlements. The agendas and meeting-related materials were all exempt from release in terms of the FOI Act 1982, but the applicant retained an interest in receiving travel-related documentation for RBA officers representing the RBA at the meetings. During the time period in question, only two officers represented the RBA at the meetings (the Governor, Philip Lowe, and the RBA's Chief Representative in Europe, Michael Davies). The documents released are grouped by person.
