Assessment of ASX Clearing and Settlement (CS) Facilities against the Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures (Principles) September 2014

This assessment, carried out jointly with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, concludes that all four ASX CS facilities either observe or broadly observe the relevant Principles. The report nevertheless makes a number of recommendations. The Bank separately carries out formal annual assessments of the CS facilities in the ASX Group against its own Financial Stability Standards, which are aligned with the stability-related Principles.
