Iris currently leads a team that focuses on securities markets in the Domestic Markets Department. She was previously part of a team within Economic Research that uses microdata to answer policy questions, with a particular focus on low wages growth and labour market scarring. Iris holds a Master in Public Affairs (Economics) from Princeton University.
