Matts work focuses on using microdata to study the evolution of prices, wages and the labour market. He is also interested in economic history, particularly using long-run economic time series to inform policy decision-making in the present. Matt previously held roles in the Bank’s Economic Analysis and International Departments. He holds a Master of Economic Analysis degree from the University of Sydney.
