Greg Couttas has significant finance and risk management expertise, having served as a senior audit partner at Deloitte for 28 years until his retirement in November 2016. He held several senior management roles at Deloitte, including Managing Partner for New South Wales from 2005–2008. Mr Couttas served as a member of the Deloitte Australia Board from 2005–2016 and was Chair of the firm’s Audit and Risk Committee for 11 years. He served on the Reserve Bank Board Audit Committee from 9 September 2023 to 28 February 2025. He is a fellow of the Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
