Senate Order for Entity Contracts Listing Relating to the Period 1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023

Pursuant to the Senate Order for entity contracts the attached table sets out contracts entered into by the Reserve Bank of Australia which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more (GST inclusive) and which:

  • have not been fully performed as at 31 December 2023, or
  • have been entered into during the 12 months prior to 31 December 2023.

The accountable authority of the Reserve Bank of Australia has assured that the listed contracts do not contain any inappropriate confidentiality provisions.

Estimated cost of complying with this Order: $4,400.

Basis of method used to estimate the cost: the time spent by staff to compile and review the information and administrative support relating to publishing the listing.
