The information technology program
This is a two-year rotational program. You'll work in a supportive environment with
comprehensive training, coaching and development of industry skills and technical and
non-technical career pathways. Plus, you'll be working for an organisation that's making a
difference.
We offer outstanding opportunities to work hands-on with leading-edge technologies within
industry-aligned frameworks. You'll be part of a team that embraces innovation and works closely
with the banking industry, Commonwealth Government and foreign central banks.
As a graduate, you will complete four six-month rotations that could see you working in Cyber
Security, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Data Technologies, Software Development,
Business Analysis, Banking & Currency Systems, Cloud Platform Engineering and Infrastructure, IT
Policy and Markets and Network Services.
Rotating through these different fields exposes graduates to other areas within the RBA,
including strategy, governance and change management.
