The information collected in the web forms will enable the RBA to set up the Securitisation System to receive RMBS, CMBS and Other ABS data submissions from the nominated Information Provider (IP) for repo eligible RMBS, CMBS and Other ABS deals.

Important Notes

  • The Securitisation System allows only one institution to access and submit data to the Securitisation System for any given deal. This IP must be endorsed by the repo eligibility Issuer.
  • It is critical that the data submitted in these forms are correct. Incorrect data provided on these forms can cause submitted data to be rejected by the Securitisation System.

Deal Registration and Amendment

The issuer of asset-backed securities seeking repo eligibility must submit RMBS, CMBS and Other ABS Data to the Securitisation System to satisfy the reporting requirements. The information required to register new deals or amend in the Securitisation System is collected via the Eligible Security Application Form or the ABS Maintenance Form.

Important Note

Please ensure all deal-related data are correct. Experience to date shows that mistakes in these data (e.g. Master Trust, Series and Tranche names, ISIN etc) are common and cause submitted data to be rejected by the Securitisation System.

IP Registration and Amendment Form

Reporting can be done by whichever entity in the relevant securitisation structure is best placed to do the reporting. If you intend to submit RMBS, CMBS and Other ABS Data to the Securitisation System to satisfy the reporting requirements, you are classified as an IP, and are required to complete the IP Registration and Amendment Form. If you are an issuer and intend for a third party to submit RMBS, CMBS and Other ABS Data to the Securitisation System on your behalf, that third party is classified as an IP, and is required to complete the IP Registration and Amendment Form.
