Submissions on Consultation on Dual-Network Cards and Mobile Wallet Technology
On 7 December 2016 the Reserve Bank published a consultation paper on dual-network cards and mobile wallet technology following discussion of these issues by the Payments System Board at its November meeting. The consultation paper discussed possible restrictions on competition related to the use of dual-network debit cards in the mobile wallet sphere and raised a number of specific questions for consultation.
