This includes interest accrued of $0.5 million ($3.5 million at 30 June 1992) on deposits of banks. It also includes net amounts of $608 million owed by the Bank for overnight clearances of financial transactions through the clearing houses, Austraclear and Reserve Bank Information and Transfer System (RITS). (An amount of $169.1 million was owed by the Bank at 30 June 1992.)
