Total remuneration received or due and receivable by these executives amounted to $5.112 million ($5.051 million in 1993/94). Remuneration is measured on the basis of the clarification issued on 22 June 1994 by the Australian Securities Commission and includes cash salary, the Bank's contribution to superannuation, housing assistance, motor vehicles, health insurance and other benefits subject to fringe benefits tax. Data for 1993/94 have been revised to take account of the payment of a back-dated salary increase.
