This includes interest accrued of $37.4 million ($24.5 million at 30 June 1994) on deposits of banks, governments, overseas institutions and other customers. At 30 June 1994, it also included a net amount of $710.4 million owed by the Bank for overnight clearances of financial transactions. (See Note 8.)
