RITS Help Desk

The RITS Help Desk provides operational assistance to RITS Members and is staffed 24 hours a day, on every day of the year.

Holders of Exchange Settlement Accounts (ESAs) must immediately report to the RITS Help Desk any operational problem that may impact upon the efficiency of their settlements across RITS.

RITS Members should also contact the RITS Help Desk if they are seeking to update their RITS Authorised Signatories.
