This liability represents the IMF special drawing rights allocated to Australia and transferred to the Bank by the Commonwealth, less net charges of the IMF payable by the Commonwealth which have been debited to this account. At 30 June 1985 the item related to 229,688,106 special drawing rights and was translated to Australian dollars at rates of exchange current at that date.
